Advocacy Outside the Courtroom

Our attorneys have diverse backgrounds and offer a unique combination of skills that are useful in the investigation of defective products, consumer fraud, and commercial transportation accidents. Many have served on plaintiff steering committees in complex multi-district litigation arising from airline and train disasters, pharmaceutical drug defects, toxic torts and construction failures.

Featured in the New York Times – Attorneys Brent Wisner and Michael Baum in Brussels with clients John Barton and Teri McCall before important EU glyphosate vote, bringing a face to the Roundup lawsuits and to focus on the Monsanto Papers.

Many of the firm’s partners spearheaded and participated in proactive campaigns that led to considerable consumer safety improvements. Attorneys for the firm have testified on multiple occasions at state and federal levels regarding commercial transportation, building, and drug safety.

Foreign governments have invited the firm to speak about the risks of a U.S. manufactured medication, and about discovery documents in the Monsanto Roundup litigation. Ivy League schools and other prestigious universities throughout the country have also hosted our attorneys for speeches and presentations on notable cases.
