Takeda Concealed Actos Bladder Cancer Link, Kentucky Couple Claims
Baum Hedlund has filed an Actos lawsuit on behalf of a Kentucky couple. The plaintiffs allege that Takeda knew or should have known that Actos use in humans would cause bladder cancer. Takeda possessed pre-clinical scientific studies, which signaled that bladder cancer risk needed to be further tested.

A judge has just unsealed a Baum Hedlund qui tam lawsuit against Actos manufacturer, Takeda. The relator alleges that Takeda failed to properly report all Actos related bladder cancer and CHF adverse events to the FDA.
