A Letter from a Paxil Injury Client
Dear Everyone at Baum Hedlund,
I have learned countless valuable lessons over the nearly nine years since my encounter with Paxil. I’ve discovered that nothing worth having will ever come easily and that if everything was easy, I wouldn’t appreciate life nearly as much. I’ve learned that patience, steadfastness, and faith in goodness will ultimately result in the best life has to offer. Most importantly, I’ve learned that the glass is always half full.
I am genuinely grateful to have found Baum Hedlund to represent me and for the work that your firm does. Everyone I worked with was sincere, kind, and devoted to my claim.
When things were tough in my case on a personal level, it was reassuring to know that my claim was part of a bigger battle that could ultimately prevent this from happening to other kids. This understanding helped keep me going when I was ready to throw in the towel. Baum Hedlund creates an incredible balance between individual client representation and large scale attention to the issue at hand.
Thank you for helping me close this unfortunate chapter in my life. I may have taken a lengthy detour, but I am back on track to realize my dream.
A Letter from California
Thank you for your professional representation of our wrongful death matter against Eli Lilly Company.
I would also like to thank you for your compassion. I realize that we are one of many litigants, but you never seemed to lose sight of the fact that we suffered a great loss.
Once again, thank you. If there is life after death, then I am sure that Tracy Ann is proud that she is able to bring joy into other people’s lives who are less fortunate, and proud of you for making it happen.

A Letter from the Hemophilia Community
It seems that every time I have sat down to write a letter, the right words just wouldn’t flow out. Maybe my head just wasn’t “screwed on right” after the loss of my son. I will admit, it has taken a l—o—n—g time to get to the place where I feel “normal”‘ again, if that’s possible. So here is that long overdue:
Thank you for spending a good ten years of your life working on the Hemophilia Litigation. And thank you for the help that you gave to the Hemophilia Community in getting “Ricky Ray” passed. Thank you also for being so understanding and for just being there when some of us needed a shoulder to cry on.
. . .
Well, I need to close for now or I will never get this in the mail to you. But, before I close, I also want to say: Have a blessed and happy holiday and a prosperous New Year!

A Letter from California
I’m trying to get back into the swing of things here at home. I’ve been thinking of you all. I miss the excitement and fulfillment in working on such a worthy cause.
I just wanted to tell each and everyone of you how blessed I feel having such an exceptional legal team on the case of my Brother and I. I hope everyone had a nice Easter Holiday and all are well and healthy.
I hope God continues to do amazing things through our efforts. We have accomplished so much in restimulating the concern about Prozac and SSRIs. THE TRUTH WILL PREVAIL. You are all fantastic individuals who stand for those things that are good and worthy. Because of this I have been proud to have you represent us in our family’s tragedy and on the Prozac dangers. I hope we can all get together in the near future in a more social setting. It has been delightful getting to know everyone.
I wanted to take a moment to thank you and everyone else who worked so hard on this case. It was a long litigation, but I believe that it will make a difference for others. I appreciate the way that you kept me updated on the progress of this matter. Thank you for your dedication to this cause.
Best of luck to you.
Thank you and your law firm for the great job they did in this case. I really do appreciate all the effort and time you have invested in the effort of getting some compensation for the terrible effects of Paxil.
For the first time since I took Paxhell in 1997, I feel like I am embarking on a new life and while it will never be the life I had BEFORE taking this drug, it is, in some ways, a better life. Thank you for all the hard work you did on behalf of the Paxil litigants. While we may have been a handful to deal with at times, I, for one, never lost sight of the invaluable service you did for those of us who were victims of GlaxoBinLaden!!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! DID I SAY THANK YOU!!
To everyone involved in this [litigation],
I received my settlement yesterday and I wanted to thank you once again for all the hard work you have all done, the research and the long litigation.
Bringing things out in the open about this dangerous drug and what it can do to people . . .
I know that because of what you have done only more good is to come. People need to know what may happen to them or their children if they are prescribed psychotropic drugs, and because of this [litigation], it is being done.
Thank you, it brought tears to my eyes, not the money, for which I am grateful, but remembering what Paxil had done to me. It is still very painful, but I have moved on, and thank you for your excellent and caring representation.
