Questions Loom as the NTSB Decides Who Is Liable for TWA Crash

MSNBC interviewed aviation attorney and former airline pilot, John Greaves, while he attended the NTSB hearing for the explosion of TWA Flight 800. John answered questions posed by MSNBC about the factors contributing to the crash, including mechanical failure, design defects, maintenance deficiency issues, as well as who should be held liable, TWA or Boeing or both. The 747’s center fuel tank exploded and it crashed into the Atlantic Ocean off East Moriches, New York, killing everyone aboard. Baum Hedlund represented 14 families in this air disaster.
