Roger Drake is an associate attorney of Baum Hedlund and handles personal injury and wrongful death cases stemming from commercial transportation accidents and drug product liability negligence. He is also handling consumer fraud cases against major drug manufacturers. Mr. Drake received his law degree cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Ohio where he also won two CALI Excellence Awards. He served as a Judicial Extern for Chief Judge Paul R. Matia in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Anne L. Kilbane in the Ohio Court of Appeals for the Eighth Appellate District. Mr. Drake is admitted in California and Ohio.
