Three attorneys from the Los Angeles-based plaintiffs’ firm of Baum, Hedlund Aristei & Goldman have been chosen by their peers to be listed in the 2008 Southern California Super Lawyers® and Rising Stars editions.

Attorneys Ilyas Akbari was given the honor of being listed in the Southern California Super Lawyers® Rising Stars 2008 Edition. This publication only names top lawyers who are 40 years old or younger, or have been in practice 10 years or less; up to 2.5 percent of the total lawyers in Southern California. Only lawyers listed in Southern California Super Lawyers® 2008 (excluding San Diego) were allowed to choose the Rising Stars candidates.

Mr. Akbari concentrates his practice on commercial transportation accidents and pharmaceutical product liability resulting in catastrophic personal injury or wrongful death. Mr. Akbari’s bioengineering degree has proven quite useful in trials in which he assisted as well as with the handling of his cases in general. Mr. Akbari was also listed in the 2007 Rising Stars Edition.
Earlier this year, lawyers from a pool of 62,000 in Southern California nominated J. Clark Aristei and Ronald L. M. They and their firm have handled thousands of high profile personal injury and wrongful death cases stemming from aviation, truck, train bus and structure accidents as well as pharmaceutical product liability cases.
This is Ronald L. M. Goldman’s fourth consecutive year being listed in Southern California Super Lawyers®. Ron is a board certified civil trial lawyer, certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is also a licensed pilot.
